The contest is open to anyone, anywhere as long you have a paypal account so you can claim your prize.
The contest runs until December 13 and one lucky winner will be drawn the next day, 14th of December. You can enter the contest by doing the following:

(2) Subscribe to the RSS through a feed reader - - 1 entry
(3) Subscribe to the RSS via Email - - 2 entries
After doing the needful, you just go back to the contest page and leave a comment and let her know which method of entry you have chosen.
